About Me
I am a second year PhD student at Syracuse University where I study mycorrhizal ecology in temperate forests in Dr. Christopher Fernandez’s lab.
My research focuses on the influence of mycorrhizal fungi on biogeochemical cycles and carbon persistence in soils. My main focus is how these dynamics change across soil depths.
Find updates from the lab and field on my what’d you learn page - named for my late sister Chere’s famous quip.
